Upon purchasing a package, users have the right to download the AI-generated images. Users fully own these images and may use, distribute, or sell them at their discretion.

Due to the external costs associated with AI image generation, refunds are not typically provided. However, refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of PetPic AI.
